2025 ANNUAL MEETING OF MEMBERS

The Annual Meeting of Members for Hilltop

will be held Tuesday evening, November 11, 2025 at 6:15PM in the Chapel.

~Dinner will be served at 5:30 in the Dining Hall before the meeting~

Anyone from a member church is welcome to attend the meeting ~ We especially encourage camp representatives from each member church to attend. Each member church is eligible to have 2 representing votes for any item requiring a vote. There are several exciting items to be discussed including next year’s budget, upcoming projects, and any board member elections. We appreciate your service. You are important to the ministry of camp.
