The annual meeting of members for Hilltop is held annually on the 2nd Tuesday evening of November at Hilltop. Anyone from a member church is welcome to attend. There will be a meal, presentation, discussion, and possibly voting. Each member church is allowed 2 voting representatives should any votes be necessary. RSVP
