2023 ANNUAL MEETING OF MEMBERS

The annual meeting of members for Hilltop will be held Tuesday evening, November 14, 2023 at 6:00PM in the Hilltop Dining Hall. Dinner will be prepared for the evening.

Anyone from a member church is welcome to attend the meeting ~ We especially encourage camp representatives from each member church to attend. Each member church is eligible to have 2 representing votes for any item requiring a vote. There are several exciting items to be discussed including budget for 2024, upcoming projects, and any board members elections. We appreciate your service. You are important to the ministry of camp.
