2022 ANNUAL MEETING OF MEMBERS

The annual meeting of members for Hilltop will be held Tuesday evening, November 15, 2022 at 6:00PM in the Hilltop Dining Hall. Dinner will be prepared for the evening.

Anyone from a member church is welcome to attend the meeting ~ We especially encourage camp representatives from each member church to attend. Each member church is eligible to have 2 representing votes for any item requiring a vote. There are several exciting items to be discussed including budget for 2023, upcoming projects, the 100th Anniversary Plan, and posting board members (there are currently 3 open seats ~ and 2 current nominees). We appreciate your service. You are important to the ministry of camp.
